Our Clinical Counsellor works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families — including survivors of narcissistic abuse and antagonistic relationships. Counselling also includes grief counselling, along with support for self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and boundary-setting challenges.
Our counselling approach affirms and adapts to the diverse experiences of high-functioning neurodivergent individuals — including those with ADHD or autism — through strengths-based, individualized care that honours each person's unique needs and capabilities.

We offer personalized counselling rooted in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Inner Child Work, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
SOMATIC YOGA
Somatic yoga combines mindful movement and breath with nervous system regulation to support healing from the inside out. This gentle, adaptive practice is ideal for clients of all ages who carry stress in their bodies or seek a more embodied approach to emotional wellness. It is especially beneficial for those recovering from trauma, burnout, or anxiety.
HOLISTIC NUTRITION
Our holistic nutrition support acknowledges the powerful connection between food, mood, and overall wellbeing. We provide practical, compassionate guidance that considers the unique needs of each person—whether supporting neurodivergent children, adults experiencing hormonal changes, or those managing stress-related fatigue. Nutrition becomes a supportive part of your emotional and physical healing journey.
